Judge Rules In Favor of Hanson

New York State Supreme Court Justice Raymond Elliott III has issued a ruling that says Brian Baker’s appeal to the Stephentown Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) was not timely, and thereby nullifies the ZBA’s decision that the building permit issued to Tom Hanson to place seven additional trailers on property he owns at the corner of NY Route 22 and Brown’s Road, was done inappropriately.

Vehicle Slams Trooper Car At Accident Scene

After responding to an accident just south of the Route 22 intersection with Center Road in White Creek, a NYS trooper was sitting in his vehicle processing paperwork when a southbound vehicle on Route 22 slammed into the rear of the trooper’s car.

Berlin XC Finishes Strong At Sectionals

The boys finished fourth overall in Section 2, Class D competition led by Matt Kluck who finished 12th overall and  set another personal record time at 18:12.
