Farewell Miss Angela

For the last six years, Angela Kanser has been sort of an institution at the Grafton Community Library.  Her smiling face and charming mannerisms behind the checkout desk will be missed. She worked with young children in some very special reading and activity groups, and was always ready to help out whenever she could.

Berlin – Lorene Ranly Tanner, 94, of Berlin, peacefully passed away on April 25, 2019 at the Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Hoosick Falls, NY. In just 23 days, she would have been 95 years old. She was blessed with a good life all of those years.  [Read more…] about Lorene R. Tanner

Delgado Holds Town Hall At HFCS

19th District Congressional Representative Antonio Delgado took questions from an audience of slightly more than 50 people on Monday evening, April 22, as he held his second Rensselaer County Town Hall session in the auditorium of the Hoosick Falls Central School.  Mr. Delgado opened the meeting by expounding upon his reaction to the recently released Mueller report on Russian interference with the 2016 Presidential election.
