Life Net Chopper Lands At Grafton VFW

The helicopter that is used to transport severely injured and ill people, generally to the Albany Medical Center, landed at Grafton’s VFW last Wednesday, September 19, so members of area fire and EMS could get a better look at it, and learn first hand what the aircraft can do.

Brunswick Elks Help Out With Food Backpack Program

The Brunswick Elks Lodge on Tuesday, September 18, formally donated $2,000 to the Food Backpack Program that provides weekend food for students in the Brittonkill School District, some of whom face the prospect of having little to no food at home during times when school is not in session.

Monday, 9/24. In a game that was held in 58 degree weather but felt about 20 degrees cooler Hoosick Falls’ Ethan Mattison scored one minute into the game to get a lead Hoosick Falls would never lose.
