According to an article in Sunday’s Times Union newspaper, Rensselaer County Operations Director Rich Crist is under investigation by both the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and the NYS Attorney General’s Office.

New Contamination Site Found In Nassau

Nassau Town Supervisor David Fleming says in a press release, the town was recently notified by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that a site on Route 203 in the Town, believed to be related to the Dewey Loeffel operations, had tested positive for significant contamination.
