The Petersburgh Public Library will once again have a 3D printer available for demonstration and making something of your choosing. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, August 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19 from 3 to 5 pm and [private]Saturdays, August 13 and 20 from 10 am to noon. Everyone is invited to stop by the library and see what can be done with a 3D printer. There will also be a sphero robot and if you wonder what that is, come to the library and find out during the same time periods. Daily activities are going on at the library through August 26 from 3 to 5 pm. Monday join the Lego fun and make something to be on display for the week. Tuesday is coloring, Wednesday is food crafts, Thursday other crafts, and Friday is game day. Preschool story hour is held Tuesdays at 3:30 pm. Read, read, read…adults are invited to enter a raffle for every book that they read. Winners will be drawn on Wednesday, August 17 so all entries must be made by Tuesday, August 16, Teens and children may enter raffles for their ages until August 16. To complete the summer reading program requirements and earn prizes reading must be completed by Saturday, September 3. However, to receive prizes at the celebration of summer reading on Wednesday, August 17 forms must be turned in – paper or online by Monday, August 15.[/private]
