This talk is a tale of one man’s obsessive research on the Ingmire family of England and Albany and his family’s connection to our greatest President. Lance Ingmire will explain his research techniques and the long trail he took to uncover the numerous interesting Albany connections to our 19th century history. Many of his ancestors’ photographs which will be displayed have not seen the light of day for nearly 150 years. This talk will be a once in a lifetime chance to witness history unfold before your eyes while the tale of a family history is explained.
He will also show some artifacts from the Civil War period.
