After 14 years Beth and Dwain Wilwol closed the curtain on the Hoosick Falls Performing Arts Booster Club. The couple gave their final report to the HFCS Board on Thursday, June 16. The Club, as it has been for 25 years, is being dissolved. Remaining funds will be transferred to the newly formed Performing Arts Club.
The Board remembered when times were tough and there was little or no funding for the Arts. It was through the tireless work of the Wilwols and other parents that the Arts have flourished. In recent years the Board has seen to it that there is no admission charge to attend school plays.
