Hickey Signs Letter of Intent

36th Annual Victorian Stroll Is Near

While held each year in Troy, the Northeast’s largest free holiday festival is truly a Rensselaer County and Capital Region event.  This year’s version of the Stroll is slated for Sunday, December 2 from 11 am to 5 pm, with the kickoff point being at 1 Monument Square in Troy.
