Pollinator in Action

National Pollinator Week ended this week. Birds, bats, butterflies, beetles, wasps, moths, flies, small mammals, and most importantly, bees are pollinators.

The Bennington Regional Chamber of Commerce has replaced Dr. David Evans, who was voted as the board of director’s president in January of 2019 at the chamber’s annual membership meeting, with first vice president Brian Maggiotto effective immediately.

Say what you want about Hoosick Falls, but when one of their own needs help, the people always come through.

The Hoosick Falls Pickle Ball club recently held a tournament for its members.

Volunteers gathered on Friday, June 21, to receive and stack over 2,000 pounds of food and household products for the first Free Family Assistance Day held at the HACA Food Pantry on Saturday, June  22.

Even Mother Nature was invited, and she showed up in her best finery on Sunday, June 23 for the first Grafton Community Picnic at the Deerfield Pavilion at Grafton Lakes State Park.
