Class Action Lawsuit Against Taconic Moves Forward

The law firm of Weitz and Luxenberg announced via a press release on Friday, January 31, that the New York State Supreme Court has cleared the way for a class action suit filed against Taconic, Inc, to move forward and be heard in Rensselaer County Court.
