Lady Panthers Win League Title, Boys Are Co-Champs In 3-Way Tie

The 13-1 HFCS varsity girls sealed the deal for their second consecutive Wasaren League crown last Friday when they defeated Tamarac on their home court. By not losing a game since a one point loss to Hoosic Valley on January 15, the Ladies cemented their hold on first place. Had the Panthers lost any game they would have tied Hoosic Valley. Hoosic Valley was lurking, one game back, just waiting for the Panthers to make a slip that never happened.
