HFCS, 5/10. Hoosick Falls struggled to hit the ball against Greenwich. Two hits late in the game weren’t enough after the Panthers had fallen behind by 10 runs before they scored. Sabrina Whitehouse hit two out of the park home runs for Greenwich. Alyssa Ellis pitched for the Panthers.

Hoosick Falls Central School will host a Scholastic Book Fair and ice cream social on Thursday, May 5, from 6 to 8 pm in the elementary cafeteria. The annual event hosted by the PTA, with ice cream donated by Stewarts Shops is to increase literacy among students and raise funds to purchase books for the elementary school library.
