Rensselaer County 2009 Year End 4-H Program Awards

In recent Recognition Events, year end awards were distributed to 4-H members in Rensselaer County.  These events were held at the Hoosic Valley Rescue Squad and Tamarac School.   Clubs who met a challenging level of criteria were announced as “Honor Clubs” for 2009 and they are as follows:

Rensselaer County 4H Holds Successful Livestock Auction

The Schaghticoke Fair was the setting for the annual 4H Livestock Auction held on Labor Day 2009. This year Rensselaer County youth had 15 animal projects that were eagerly bid on by community members.

Stan Brownell Named Vice Chairman Of The County Legislature

District Five County Legislator Stan Brownell of Hoosick Falls was selected Vice Chairman of the Legislature at the Majority’s Organizational meeting last week. Temporary Jobs Available As Census Takers

Volunteer For A Great Program In Rensselaer County

Rensselaer County H1N1 Vaccination Clinics
