Electronics Recycling Event October 3
The Rensselaer County Legislature and the County Environmental Management Council are teaming up to sponsor an electronics recycling day, Chair of the Legislature Stan Brownell announced.
The electronics recycling event will be held Saturday, October 3 from 9:30 am to 2 pm. The recycling event will be held at the County Office Building, 1600 7th Avenue, downtown Troy.

PS21 Breaks Ground for New Building
On Monday, October 5 at 9 am, PS21: Performance Spaces for the 21st Century will hold an official ground breaking ceremony for the new PS21 performing arts facility at 2980 Route 66 in Chatham. After ten seasons of performances under a saddlespan tent, PS21 is delighted to announce that its new permanent building is beginning construction. This new building will be a huge benefit to the community and increase the organization’s ability to serve both the performing artists and their audiences.
