Giving Back A Road To The Residents Part Of A Short Workshop Meeting

With the approval of Berlin Highway Superintendent Jim Winn, the Berlin Town Board voted on Thursday, July 27 to officially abandon Raymer Lane, turning the ownership of the road back over to the residents who live there.  The road is in the northern section of Berlin off Satterlee Hollow Road. Berlin’s New Dollar General Store Is Open For Business, With The Pomp And Circumstance To Come Later

The Dollar General Corporation has told The Eastwick Press they plan to hold a grand opening for its new store on Route 22 in Berlin on August 12.  In the meantime, the store held what was termed a “soft opening” this past Sunday.
