The Watipi Building in Berlin was originally set up for the Campfire Girls and Boy Scouts. The stipulation that went with the building was that it would always be available for youth activities. It is now also being used by the veterans, senior citizens and political functions.

Superintendent John Koepp approached me at work on May 20 with a letter he had written.
