Boyajian Calls For Ashby To Sign MCL Letter On PFOA

 One of the two Democratic candidates vying to oppose incumbent 107th District Assemblyman Jake Ashby this November, is calling upon the Republican lawmaker to sign onto a letter that calls for Maximum Contaminant Levels for PFOA and other similar emerging contaminants.

HFCS To Employ An Armed School Resource Officer

Hoosick Falls Central School Superintendent Ken Facin told the School Board members gathered for its regular meeting on Thursday night, August 23, that the District has entered into a contract with the Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Department to employee a full-time School Resource Officer (SRO), for a three-year period.
