The Western Conifer Seed Bug (Leptoglos- sus occidentalis) can invade our homes in numbers during the winter months.
To protect themselves, they give off a dis- agreeable persistent odor. Luckily, they are slow and easy to catch to put outside. They don’t bite. Here is one visiting a bathroom soap dispenser in a Pe- tersburgh home last week.
