Kenneth Scott Phillips, 52, formerly of Berlin, died Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy. He was born in Troy on November 9, 1965, the beloved son of Lynda Cahill Phillips of Berlin and the late Kenneth Walter Phillips.

He is the father of K.J., Brittany and James Phillips; brother of Dawn (David) Gentner of Petersburgh, Kellie (Kevin) Phillips of Berlin, Aaron (Jennifer) Phillips of Berlin, Stephen (Jasmine) Phillips of Cherry Plain and the late John Belanger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services will be held in the spring at the Berlin Seventh Day Baptist Cemetery. There are no calling hours.

Arrangements are by the Thomas M. Barber Funeral Home in Petersburgh.
