In what proved to be the decisive sequence, with 4:00 minutes remaining of the championship game, Mathew Kempf found Jake Sparks for a layup and Queensbury was whistled for a foul.

In the tournament opening round, Connor MacNeil, Jack Cavanaugh, Tyler Peabody, Owen Cooney, and Eli King combined for 20 points and 17 rebounds to lead Hoosick Falls past Northern Adirondack by the score of 44-12.

Andrew Sparks scored 15 points, including three 3 pointers, and carried Hoosick Falls to a 29-13 win over Massena in the semifinal round.

With the win in the championship game, Hoosick Falls avenged an early season loss to Queensbury and moves to an impressive 18-7 on the year against a very competitive schedule.
