Grafton Lakes State Park Winterfest 2017 Another Success

Five inches of new fallen snow during the week, temperatures in the low 30s, occasional snowflakes in the air all made for perfect conditions for this year’s Winterfest.  [private]Park officials estimated the attendance to be about 2,400 people all enjoying the various displays, events and exhibits.

The highlight of the day is of course the annual Polar Plunge to benefit Our Lady Of The Snows Catholic Church in Grafton and this year’s turnout of hearty souls did not disappoint.
