For the fifth year now the meeting/dining room at the Grafton Senior Center has been adorned with many Christmas Trees submitted by members of the Community. [private]Each year the center holds an open house to show off the trees and provide a little social time complete with treats and music.
Prizes are also given annually. This year the award for Best of Festival went to Bob and Barbara Rexford for the tree entitled “Santa’s Socks”. The award for the People’s Choice was given to the submission from the Dyken Pond Environmental Center for its display called “Remember our Avian Friends in Winter. Caleb Colangione won the Children’s Award for his tree entitled “Honor of Grafton Veterans.”[/private]
