Proposed Subdivision Of Land On Madonna Lake Road Gets The Go Ahead From Grafton Planning Board

Following a public hearing at which no one spoke, only looked at a map of the sub-division, the Board voted to allow Betsy Dykstra to sell off 5.78 acres of her property to Ray Dufour. He wants to acquire the land to give more protection for his driveway. [private]The Board also declared the project to have no negative environmental impacts.
The Board also accepted a proposal from William Proctor of 585 Madonna Lake Road. Proctor is buying half of a more than 60-acre piece of property, and adding it to the two acres he already owns adjacent to the parcel. He then plans to sub-divide a 5-acre piece out of this to construct a home. The Board scheduled a public hearing on the matter for 6:50 pm on December 19, immediately prior to its next meeting.[/private]
