By Doug La Rocque
Following a public hearing at which no one spoke, the Planning Board voted unanimously to approve the minor two lot subdivision proposed by Patrick Searby of 118 Fox Hollow Road.[private] Searby is splitting his property into two lots of 44 and 10 acres, with the idea of perhaps selling one of those lots. The Board also found no adverse environmental impact to the division.
Following the action on Searby’s property, the Board heard from Ray Dufour, who wishes to purchase 5.78 acres from Betsy Dykstra along Madonna Lake Rd. Dufour explained to the Board he wishes to have the extra land to provide more protection for his driveway. The Board accepted his application and short form environmental impact statement, and set 6:50 pm on Monday, November 21 as the time for the public hearing.[/private]
