Join us for the annual “Bark and Brew” on Saturday, September 17 from 11 am to 3 pm at Grafton Lakes State Park. This benefit will offer fun for four-legged creatures and their owners, as well as craft beer, cider, and mead.[private] Come help support regional animal rescue organizations. Be sure to bring your furry friends along and see how pet-friendly NYS Parks are! We will have guided hikes, an agility course, assorted animal care vendors, live acoustic music by The Stray Dogs, raffle items, and animal rescue organizations in attendance. A portion of proceeds from vendors as well as all raffle funds will be donated to regional animal rescue organizations. Enjoy “a pint for the pooches” and boost funds raised for the event by trying craft beer, cider, and mead at $20. Please join us to show your support for Capitol Region pet pals in need. The event is free with $6 park admission. For more information on “Bark & Brew,” please call Ellie Crane at 518-279-1155. Check out our Facebook page for a full schedule of the day’s activities, which will be posted in September. Information about the event can also be found at www.barkandbrew.wordpress.com.
