The day includes 18 holes of golf, a cart, breakfast, a quick lunch of hamburgers and hotdogs and a dinner celebrating the 102nd anniversary of the Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Hoosick Falls. There will be many raffle prizes and awards at the dinner. All will have a fun time.
The Center, formerly known as the Hoosick Falls Health Center, has been serving the residents of Hoosick and the surrounding area for 102 years. Many Hoosick residents were born and had urgent care there in the early days of the Center’s existence. It became a nursing home in 1925 and moved to Danforth Street in 1960. The addition was made in 1997 when it became an 82-bed facility. Today it is known for its excellent nursing and rehabilitation program, Still, after 102 years, it is a place that is home to area residents and a temporary spot where people of all ages can come and be aggressively rehabilitated from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. Come join us in our celebration at the golf tournament.
Come join the fun! For further information and to make your reservation call Linda Goyette at 686-4371 or Joyce Davis at 686-0221.[/private]
