We will begin at 6:00 am and walk through farm fields and woods to a large beaver pond. AS the migration will be winding up, we expect to see and hear scores of breeding birds and some of the later migrants. The walk is for beginner and expert birders alike. No special footwear is necessary but participants should bring binoculars and shoes or boots that could stand some morning dew. We will meet at a parking spot on Eddy Road and walk, watch and listen for about 2 hours.
Space is limited to 20 people. Please RSVP online at www.agstewardship.org, by emailing asa@agstewardship.org or by phone at (518) 692-7285. Refreshments will be provided. This free event is made possible with the support of the Robert H. Wentorf Foundation.[/private]
