St. Mary’s Academy Celebrating 125th Anniversary In August

This August commemorates 125 years of Catholic education at St. Mary’s Academy in Hoosick Falls. Please join us on August 5 and 6 to celebrate this milestone. Friends, families and alumni of St. Mary’s are all encouraged to attend the weekend of events. [private]On Friday, August 5, the annual golf scramble will be held at the Hoosick Falls Country Club. There are 8 am and 1 pm tee times available. Joanie James will be providing complimentary hamburgers and hot dogs at lunchtime to all the golfers. Everyone is welcome to attend the golf tournament and stay for a light-fare dinner at the Country Club beginning at 6 pm. Non-golfers are invited to join us at the Club for dinner at a cost of $15 per person.
On Saturday, August 6, join us for 4 pm Mass at Immaculate Conception Church. The Alumni Banquet will follow Mass at 6 pm at St. Mary’s Academy. The banquet is a catered buffet by Tim Hopkins. Joining us for the evening is ‘The Oldies Show’ from Albany, specializing in all the ‘50s, ‘60s and ‘70s hits.
