Peebles Island State Park is offering a guided hike to spot and count Bald Eagles Wednesdays at 2 pm starting January 20 and continuing through March. [private]
Located on the confluence of the Hudson and Mohawk Rivers, Peebles Island State Park was voted best hiking trail by Capital Region Living Magazine readers. Bring a camera and binoculars and join Park staff on their weekly survey. Meet at the Visitor Center. The hikes will be guided by Tom Howson, a member of the Capital Region’s Audubon Society and graduate of SUNY-ESF
