Berlin Town Board Organizational Meeting

Prior to its first regular meeting of the year, the Berlin Town Board held its 2016 Organizational Meeting.  The following appointments and motions were made:[private]

$2,000 spending limit for Highway Superintendent without prior Town Board approval
Motions were passed setting reimbursement rates for Town equipment used for a Water District, establishing as the  Polling Place for District’s 1 and 2 – Berlin Town Hall  17563  NY 22, and establishing the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm as the time for regular Town Board Meetings, and the fourth Thursday of each month at 7 pm for Town Board Workshops. Resolutions were also passed to establish “Chain of Command, procurement policies and procedures and for the annual Fourth of July Parade.[/private]
