Working To Improve
Stepping up to play Class C Cambridge proved to be too much for the Lady Mountaineers, losing at home Monday night 51-10. The Indians height advantage and experience was simply too much for Berlin’s young squad. Tiffany Foley had 4 points in the contest, with Cathy Bentley, Lindsey Miller and Amanda Despart each contributing 2 points. Berlin posted its first win of the season last week, a 30-29 over the Fordians of Waterford, a CHVL opponent. They previously suffered a non league loss to Greenwich and a 36-18 defeat at the hands of Doane Stuart. [/private]
