Hoosick Falls Central School will host a flu clinic at the school on October 15. The clinic is being conducted by Adirondack Health and Wellness.
[private]The clinic will run from 2 to 5 pm in the High School Auditorium, on the stage.
To sign up ahead of time, please contact either of the school nurses and request a time that works best for you. (Jane Conte 686-7321 x1514 or Jan McGuire 686-9492 x1304). Walk-ins are welcome, but supply may be limited. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
You will need to bring a photocopy of your insurance card to the clinic. The clinic will accept CDPHP, MVP, Blue Shield of Northeastern NY, Empire Blue Cross, Anthem, Excellus, BlueCross and Blue Shield – OR a $27 payment (we will accept cash or credit card).
