Following a scheduled public hearing on Monday October 26 at which there were no speakers, The Town of Grafton Planning Board gave its approval to a two lot subdivision of land recently purchased by Alex Bassey from James Kane on Claus Road. [private]The vote was 4-0, with board member Art Surprise absent. The approval divides the 26 plus acres into two lots, one of 21.5 acres with an existing residence, and the remaining vacant lot consisting of 5.13 acres. Board Chairman Tom Withcuskey said they have reviewed the evidence set forth in the Environmental impact statement and found no significant change.
Hearing no other business, the Board adjourned its proceedings.[/private]
