Tony Winning Drama At SLCA

Join Sand Lake Center for the Arts and Circle Theatre Players for the opening weekend of the award-winning play  Proof,  written by David Auburn, directed by Sky Vogel, and produced by Joan Fuess.

The play centers around the daughter of a brilliant but mentally disturbed mathematician (recently deceased), who tries to come to grips with her possible inheritance, his insanity. Complicating matters are one of her father’s ex-students who wants to search through his papers and her estranged sister who shows up to help settle his affairs. The play opens October 2 and continues October 3, 8, 9, and 10 at 8 pm, and October 4 and 11 at 2:30 pm.

Tickets are $18 adults, $10 under 18.  Prepaid reservations can be made at www.slca-ctp.org or call (518)674-2007.  SLCA is located at 2880 NY 43, Averill Park, NY, is fully handicapped accessible, and has free parking.[/private]
