More Information About

“Bark And Brew”

This annual event will show you how pet-friendly NYS Parks can be for your furry friends, so bring them along! We will have guided hikes, an agility course, assorted animal care vendors, live acoustic music from The Stray Dogs, raffle items, and several animal rescue organizations in attendance.

A portion of proceeds from vendors as well as all raffle funds will be donated to regional rescue organizations.  To boost the funds raised by the event, locally crafted beers will be sold as well, so you can even enjoy “a pint for the pooches!”  Please join us to show your support for Capitol Region pet pals in need.

Volunteers and people who offer products for pet owners are encouraged to call the park to inquire about participating or tabling at the event.

The event is free with park admission. Check our Facebook page for a full schedule of the day’s activities.

For more information on “Bark & Brew,” please call the Laura Weir at 518-279-1155. Information about park events may also be found online at www.nysparks.com/parks. [/private]
