The days were hot and recent weather resulted in dry, dusty track conditions. The racers were up for the challenge and put on an exciting show. The race is sanctioned by NETRA and hosted locally by the State Line Riders. The State Line Riders prepare the track and provide the manpower to put on the event.

The event was held on a six mile course through fields and woods. Obstacles were placed along the course, and the ups and downs of the terrain tested even the best riders. Expert class riders could complete the course in around twenty minutes.

Competitors come from near and far, with levels from youth to seniors. The cost to enter an adult event was $45. Some of the local racers who participated in the event were Parker Bellemare, who won the C200 class event. Hunter Yavaniski competed in the C Open class. Stephen Surdam, Jr., competing in only his second event, was in the C250 class.
