Coach Baker Fund Events Are This Weekend

The Eighth Annual Coach Baker Fund Weekend will be held this Friday and Saturday June 12 and 13 throughout the Hoosick Falls and Cambridge communities.  The committee for the annual weekend would like to invite both the Hoosick and Cambridge area communities to join in the fun-filled auction and dinner on Friday night at the Hoosick Falls Country Club, and the Saturday golf tournament at the Country Club, and basketball tournament which is being held this year at Cambridge Central School.

[private]The CBF committee has released some of the main items that will be auctioned Friday night starting at 6 pm with a silent auction dinner and finishing with a live auction with Ron Seifert as auctioneer starting at 8 pm.

Some of the featured items this year include: a signed copy of Dan Gable’s book, Katie Cleaver and Ed Levin jewelry, cord of wood, case of wine, Master’s golf memorabilia, herbs and flowers, Bailey’s Christmas tree and wreath, one night and breakfast at the Ft. William Henry resort, flower chair, Eagles tickets, Three George VanHook paintings “Farm and Stream,” “Grove Street Cambridge, NY” and “At the Bridge” and two pairs of Katie Cleaver earrings. There will also be several baskets of assorted items.

Tickets for the Friday night dinner at the Country Club can be purchased at the door.
