New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) Commissioner Joan McDonald has announced that the bridge carrying Route 20 over Wyomanock Creek in New Lebanon was reopened to traffic. The bridge is opening two weeks ahead of schedule following a project to replace the structure’s concrete deck. The bridge was closed to traffic in April and work was expected to last through the end of June.
The construction contractor for the nearly $500,000 project is Bette & Cring of Latham, Albany County.
