On Tuesday, the Cambridge Indians softball team traveled to the HFCS field to play the Lady Panthers. The Indians drove into a buzz saw. The Panthers unleashed their offense to the tune of 20 hits, and freshman Alyssa Ellis, granddaughter of former head softball coach Charlie Weeden, pitched her way to her first varsity win. Rachel Pine had four hits, including a first inning triple. Nicole St. Onge also chipped in three hits.
This week, the Ladies will host Tamarac on Thursday, May 9, at 4:15. On Monday, May 13, the Panthers travel to Stillwater for a 4:15 start. On Wednesday, May 15, the Panthers will travel to Schuylerville for a 4:15 start.
