There will be a Registration Day at Berlin Middle High School in the Counseling Office on Wednesday, August 22, from 8:30 am until 1:30 pm for all new students in grades 6 through 12. To register a child you will need a copy of your child’s birth certificate, health record (available at previous school), the last report card, a copy of the IEP (if your child is classified by the Committee on Special Education), proof of residency in the Berlin Central School District and a copy of the Custodial Agreement if you are divorced or separated.
Please call 658-2515, ext. 219, 221 or 206 and, at the tone, leave the date you are calling, your name, the grade of your child and a telephone number where you can be reached to set up an appointment.
Registration packets will be available for pick up in the Main Office of the Middle/High School from 7:30 am until 2 pm weekdays if you would like to complete the forms before your appointment.
