All of these events are free and open to the public and will take place at the library which is located at 550 State Route 20.
• April 11, 18, 25 (event is on Wednesdays) – Tales for Tots Story Hour – 10:30 am. Story hour includes crafts, songs and movement activities.
• April 11, 18, 25 (event is on Wednesdays) – Hug-A-Bye Babies – noon. Age appropriate stories, songs and movement activities for our youngest patrons and their caregivers.
• April 12, 19, 26 (event is on Thursdays) – Bright Beginnings Story Hour and Play Group.11 am to 2 pm. Meet other parents and care providers while your child aged 0-5 hears a story, then socializes with other children in an unstructured, educational setting.
• April 6 – Coffeehouse Night – 6 pm. Singer/songwriter Linda Worster in concert. Light refreshments will be served.
• April 9 – Bingo for Kids – 1:30 pm. Bingo, prizes and fun for kids aged 5-12.
• April 13 – Family Movie Night – 6:30 pm. Showing of a current film suitable for the whole family. Call 518-794-8844 for title. Snacks will be provided.
• April 19 – Family Crafts Night – 6:30 pm. All materials will be provided. This event is suitable for the whole family.
• April 20 – Bronte Roman Jazz Ensemble – 6:30 pm. This is an evening of music from the Great American Song book with a fusion of bossa nova, mambo and rhumba.
• April 27 – David Grover and Linda Worster – 7 pm. Berkshire favorites, Grover and Worster, in concert.
• April 28 – Paws-to-Read – 9 am. Therapy dogs come to the Library and children read to their furry friends. And, of course, the dogs listen! Please call 518-794-8844 to register.
