The NYS Maple Producers Association welcomes the public to the statewide Maple Weekends on March 17 and 18 and 24 and 25 from 10 am to 4 pm each day. Locally Kent’s Sugar House on Plank Road in Berlin will be the host in Rensselaer County.
The entire process of bringing sap from the tree to tasting the syrup will be demonstrated.
