Wednesday in Hoosick Falls was a tough day for visiting Granville (2-6 in league play) as they got clobbered 16-2 by an improving Panther baseball team. HF, now 6-3 in the WASAREN league, cracked the game open in the second inning 5-0. The final score was 16-2. Junior Cody LaFlamme pitched the first three innings. Sophomore Logan Brogue pitched the next two and Junior Joey Wolfrum pitched the final two. “We were 2-3 in league play,” said Coach Mike Lilac. “Now we’ve won four straight league games. We’re playing well in the league.”
Bad weather has changed the schedule considerably. HF plays at home on Thursday against Greenwich.
