The Hoosick Falls Boys soccer team had a great outcome for their senior game beating Granville 9-0. Though the game was one-sided Granville kept up the pace without giving up. The HF boys had goals from five different people and assists from at least four different people. Chris LaCroix scored in the first few minutes with an assist from Evan Philips. They did a few give-and-gos to result in a well planned goal. A minute after the first goal, LaCroix had a break away from half and scored again. The play was back and forth for a time, while Granville played strong and had a few shots on goal. After a few minutes of no goals Aaron Delurey came down the field and passed the ball to Taylor Baker who knocked it into the back corner of the goal.

LaCroix was at it again with an assist to PJ Priore and a goal off a free kick. Cody LaFlamme, who normally plays in the goal, scored a goal from Priore’s pass.
During half time the boys had their Senior Game Ceremony. They were recognized, and gave flowers to their parents. Several of the seniors are planning on continuing their soccer career at the college level.
The boys continued the second half with a 6-0 lead against the Hordes. Taylor Baker was on the end line and crossed the ball and out of nowhere came Priore whose kick finished the play with a goal. To end the game senior Brennen O’Donnell had two goals.
The Panthers will have one last league game on Friday against Hoosic Valley.
