Mrs. Merwin’s seventh grade class at St. Mary’s Academy has been hard at work on their class project to be put up for bid at St. Mary’s Annual Spring Auction. The students are starting with wool from a local Shetland sheep to create a naturally dyed and hand braided rug. This year’s Auction will be held on Saturday, April 17.
Other items available include Red Sox tickets, a stay on Martha’s Vineyard, a Queen Natural Form Mattress Set from WCW, autographed sports memorabilia and much more. Call the school at 686-4314 for more details.
