The goal of the 4-H Youth Development Program is to teach life skills that youth are able to use in all aspects of their life and carry with them into the future. These life skills will aid them in succeeding in future goals outside their immediate 4-H Project areas such as improved school performance and career selection. If you have any questions about the 4-H Yourh Development Program contact your respective Cornell Cooperative Extension office.
