The Rensselaer County Department of Health will be holding four H1N1 vaccination clinics throughout the month of December. Free H1N1 vaccines will be provided for school aged children between the ages of 5 and 18 years old. All clinics are open to any school-aged child residing in Rensselaer County. Please note the clinics may be canceled if expected vaccine shipments from the Centers for Disease Control are delayed.
Pre-registration is required and can be achieved by calling 270-2626 per the schedule below.
The free H1N1 clinics will be held on:
• Saturday, December 5 – 10 am to 4:30 pm at the Troy High School gymnasium. (Pre-register on Thursday, December 3, and Friday, December 4, between 9 am and 3 pm.)
• Sunday, December 13 – 10 am to 4:30 pm at the Southern Rensselaer County Boys and Girls Club. (Pre-register on Tuesday, December 8, and Wednesday, December 9, between 9 am and 3 pm.)
• Tuesday, December 15 – 3:30 to 8 pm at the Hoosic Valley Elementary School. (Pre-register on Thursday, December 10, between 9 am and 3 pm.)
• Saturday, December 19 – 10 am to 4:30 pm at the Columbia High School gymnasium. (Pre-register on Wednesday, December 16, and Thursday, December 17, between 9 am and 3 pm.)
