Kimberly and Robbie Cottrell of Petersburgh are proud to announce the arrival of their son, Spencer Robert Cottrell. Spencer joined the family on Sunday, June 14, 2009, at 4:36 pm at the Southwestern Vermont Medical Center in Bennington, VT. He weighed 8 lbs. 7 oz. and was 20 inches long. The maternal grandmother is Melanie Smith and the maternal grandfather is Tom Bloomer and Tina Bloomer, all of Hoosick Falls. Paternal grandparents are Rob and Peg Cottrell of Petersburgh. His paternal great-grandparents are Thomas and Patricia Bass of Bennington.
