GAR Associates LLC, contractor for the Town of Hoosick, has completed the Data Collection Phase of the 2018 Reassessment project. The company will be providing property owners with the information currently on file at the Assessor’s Office. Beginning November 29, 2017, letters will be mailed to residential property owners which will include a summary of the information collected on their property.
Property owners will be asked to review the information. If the information is correct, no further action will be required. If the inventory does not appear to be correct, instructions will be included as to how to submit any requested changes. A dedicated help line will be set up to assist property owners with questions.
