On January 14 the Hoosick Falls Police arrested Kyle Winters, age 22, who used to live in Hoosick Falls but is now reporting that he is homeless.
[private]Winters has been arrested by this Department in the past for Harassment and served time for such. He was released a short time ago and was re-arrested for Criminal Contempt 1st and Aggravated Harassment 2nd. He was remanded to the Rennselaer County Jail with no bail.
On January 14 Officers attempted to arrest Wade Parker, age 29, of 140 Church Street, Hoosick Falls, on a warrant for Larceny and a warrant issued from Greenwich for Forgery and False Impersonation. During the course of the search for him he was arrested for Criminal Trespass, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration. He was arraigned in the Village Court and turned over to the State Police in Greenwich.
On January 14 Takota O’Neil, age 18, of Church Street was arrested on a Warrant from the Town of North Greenbush for Criminal Mischief, Criminal Trespass and Attempted Petit Larceny. In the course of our arrest he was arrested and charged by this department for Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration. He was turned over to the North Greenbush Police Department.
Also during that arrest Matthew Bessette, age 35, of 124 Church Street was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Administration, and it was discovered that he was wanted by both Rensselaer County and Washington County for Family Court. He was turned over to the Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Department.[/private]
